In 2025, our popular e-scooter models, the V‑10 and V‑50 continue to lead the charge as demand for e-scooter or officially known as personal mobility devices (PMDs) surges across Australia. With this growth, each state and territory has introduced, updated & refined their own laws to regulate where and how e‑scooters can be ridden. To keep you informed and riding safely on your own personal e-scooter, we’ve put together a state-by-state guide to help you navigate the rules wherever your V‑10 or V‑50 takes you.
