Driven to Deliver: Benzina Zero Takes Centre Stage at the Domino’s ANZ Rally

The 2026 Domino’s ANZ Rally 2026 brought together franchisees, managers, partners, and innovators from across Australia and New Zealand for two days of connection, inspiration, and future-focused thinking.

Held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, the rally lived up to its theme: “Driven to Deliver.” And for Benzina Zero, the event was an opportunity to showcase exactly how the future of delivery is already rolling onto streets across the region.

From cutting-edge electric vehicles to a custom-built pizza “oven” scooters that had everyone talking, the Benzina Zero team arrived ready to demonstrate how innovation and sustainability are transforming the delivery game.

And the rally turned out to be a big moment for the partnership between Benzina Zero and Domino’s Pizza Enterprises.

Business Partner of the Year

One of the biggest highlights of the rally was the annual awards ceremony celebrating outstanding partners and performers across the Domino’s network.

Benzina Zero was honoured to receive the Professional & Support Service – Business Partner of the Year 2025 award.

The award recognises the role Benzina Zero has played in helping Domino’s stores transition toward a smarter, more efficient delivery fleet powered by zero-emission vehicles.

As Domino’s continues to innovate in delivery operations, electric mobility is playing a growing role in reducing operating costs, improving reliability, and supporting sustainability goals across the network.

Receiving this award reflects the strong collaboration between the two organisations and the growing impact of electric delivery vehicles in real-world store operations.

Changing the Delivery Game

During the rally, Ben Silver took the stage to talk about how Benzina Zero and Domino’s are reshaping last-mile delivery together.

His presentation focused on the rapid evolution of electric delivery vehicles and how Domino’s stores across the region are already benefiting from the transition to electric fleets.

Electric vehicles designed specifically for delivery are helping businesses:

  • Reduce fuel costs
  • Lower maintenance requirements
  • Improve fleet reliability
  • Support sustainability initiatives

In short, the future of last-mile delivery EV solutions is already here.

And with the collaboration between Benzina Zero and Dominos leading the change… and charge.

The Fleet That Stole the Show

While the presentations and awards were highlights of the rally for business partners, the Benzina Zero display in the Rally Hub quickly became one of the most talked-about exhibits on the floor.

The team brought a full lineup of electric delivery vehicles designed for modern delivery businesses, including:

Benzina Zero V-50

Two custom Benzina Zero V-50 seated e-scooters were on display… but these were far from standard.

Each V-50 featured a specially built Domino’s delivery box with a transparent side panels revealing a rotating pizza inside. The pizza sat on a small turntable, giving the illusion that it was cooking inside the box.

It quickly became one of the most photographed displays at the event, with attendees constantly asking the same question:

“Wait… is that pizza actually cooking in there?”

Spoiler: it wasn’t. But it definitely looked like it.

Beyond the fun display, the V-50 continues to prove itself as a powerful Domino’s delivery vehicle option for urban stores, offering reliability, efficiency, and a rider-friendly design.

Benzina Zero HAULeR

Also on display was the Benzina Zero HAULeR, a robust electric cargo vehicle designed for heavy-duty delivery tasks.

For the rally, the HAULeR featured a brand-new flagpole-mounted LED safety light in Domino’s colours — a visual upgrade designed to improve rider visibility and safety in busy delivery environments.

The HAULeR demonstrates how purpose-built electric fleet for delivery businesses can enhance both safety and operational efficiency.

Benzina Zero Duo

Rounding out the display was the Benzina Zero Duo, an on-road electric moped designed for longer-distance delivery routes.

For stores that require vehicles capable of handling greater distances or higher speeds, the Duo offers a practical electric alternative that still maintains the low running costs and reliability of electric mobility.

Together, the V-50, HAULeR, and Duo represent a growing ecosystem of delivery-focused EV solutions.

Innovation Meets Community

The Domino’s ANZ Rally is designed to bring together the entire Domino’s community to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and explore the future of the business.

For Benzina Zero, it was an opportunity not only to showcase vehicles but to connect directly with the franchisees and operators who rely on delivery fleets every day.

From the Make Competition to the Gala Awards Dinner, the rally captured the energy and ambition that continues to drive Domino’s forward.

And with electric vehicles becoming an increasingly important part of delivery operations, the collaboration between Domino’s and Benzina Zero is only getting started.

The Future of Delivery is Electric

As delivery demand continues to grow, businesses are searching for smarter, more efficient fleet solutions.

Electric vehicles are quickly becoming the answer — delivering lower operating costs, improved sustainability, and a better experience for riders.

Events like the Domino’s ANZ Rally show just how quickly that future is arriving.

And if the excitement around the rotating pizza scooter was anything to go by, the future of delivery might just be a little more fun too.
