Storms are Approaching: Benzina Zero Enters Electric Off-Road

Storms are approaching: Benzina Zero Enters Electric Off-Road

At Benzina Zero, innovation has always driven us forward. From urban e-mobility to performance-focused electric machines, our mission has been clear: redefine how Australia rides.

Now, we’re preparing to enter an entirely new category for the brand, electric dirt bikes.

So we couldn't be more excited to officially introduce two upcoming models that mark a major milestone in our evolution: Hurajan and Tornajo.

From Milan to the World Stage

Benzina Zero introduced two high-performance electric off-road motorcycles to the European market with their global debut at EICMA 2025 in Milan, one of the world’s most prestigious motorcycle exhibitions.

The Hurajan and Tornajo platforms have received pre-orders through our European partners, with delivery across the EU are set to commence in Spring 2026.

This a significant step in expanding Benzina Zero’s electric off-road motorcycling in Europe, and now, Australia.

Real-World Testing: Spain

Following EICMA, testing commenced at Circuit de Vidreres near Girona, Spain.

The objective was clear:
Benchmark the Hurajan and Tornajo directly against leading competitors on track.

Professional rider Michele Chiello, competing in the Motornext Championship and Head Mechanic at Motorgreen, provided hands-on performance feedback, helping refine positioning, rideability, and competitive performance.

The results? Extremely promising.

The bikes demonstrated strong performance characteristics, while also giving the development teams clear direction on final refinements before production.

Built for Global Conditions — Tested in Australia

With European validation complete, the prototypes arrived in Australia for the next phase.

Here, testing focused on:

  • Diverse terrain conditions
  • Australian climate extremes
  • Durability under local riding environments
  • Compliance alignment for Australian regulations

Electric off-road performance isn’t just about torque — it’s about resilience, control, and rider confidence across unpredictable terrain.

The Hurajan and Tornajo are now undergoing final checks and specification confirmations before formal release.

Why This Matters

This is more than two new models.

It represents:

  • Benzina Zero’s entry into the electric off-road motorcycle segment
  • Expansion beyond urban mobility into performance trail riding
  • A new platform for youth and adult riders
  • A continued commitment to sustainable high-performance mobility

Electric dirt bikes are not the future — they’re the next evolution. Instant torque. Minimal maintenance. Quiet performance. Zero emissions.

And we’re just getting started.

What’s Next

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing:

  • Final specifications
  • Rider testing footage
